During your first session you can expect to:
Take a deep breath.
On Day 1 we will:
Discuss your goals for seeking counseling.
Gather a brief history of your current situation.
Create an individual treatment plan.
We can answer any questions you have and you can get to know us to make sure you feel we're a good fit.
